Thomas Hagedorn is a graduate research assistant who is working with the Center for e-Design and the University of Massachusetts Medical School on medical device designs for fat grafting surgery. His current research focuses on methods of medical device development and design. Prior to working in the Center for e-Design he studied foot biomechanics and musculoskeletal health in elders.
Tom graduated from Boston University in 2010 with Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering. He is a student in the University of Massachusetts Mechanical Engineering Department starting in September 2013.
